A Virtual CBT-I Group for Insomnia
This group will focus on self-management of your sleep-related habits, arguably the most powerful way to get a better night’s sleep. In this group you will:
- Learn the facts about sleep and unlearn misconceptions you may have about it.
- Identify which of your sleep-related habits are most likely maintaining your insomnia.
- Put into practice a plan to change those habits.
- Track your progress and troubleshoot your plan.
- Sharpen your self-management skills to help your plan succeed.
- Respond to Sleep-Defeating Thoughts and worry that may contribute to your insomnia.
The group will meet virtually via a secure video app weekly at 6:00-7:00 p.m. at a time chosen according to members’ schedules. The group will run for 8-10 sessions, depending on group needs. If you enroll, please plan to attend all sessions.
The charge for the group is $125 per session. We take Pacific Source insurance but can bill others off-panel.
