Enhance your sleep quality by joining our 8-10 week virtual group focused on self-management of sleep-related habits, where you'll learn about sleep facts, identify and change habits contributing to insomnia, track progress, and develop self-management skills; sessions held weekly on Thursdays at 6:00-7:00 p.m., beginning January 2024.

In this 6-hour class, you will learn about various mental disorders such as psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other mental health diagnoses, including symptoms, evidence-based treatments, mental health resources, medications, and treatment paths.
